Description:
We have had a great first year here at Glampitect and due to our growth and plans for 2021, we are looking to bring on another individual to join our Sales team. This role would be that of a Sales Lead and would require you to be hands on and carry out line management of our current two sales consultants.
We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual who is not afraid to get stuck in. Due to our company evolving constantly we want someone who can bring new, exciting, and out the box ideas to help grow the company even further.
Required Experience:
  • Strong sales acumen (tele/B2B/direct)
  • Team Leadership
  • Target and KPI Driven
  • Knowledge in CRM systems
Role:
  • KPI and Target setting
  • Management of team and individual day to day tasks
  • Daily/weekly/monthly check-ins with management
  • Weekly set ups, check in’s and wrap ups
  • Working with management to identify growth and improvement
  • Weekly reporting of team metrics
  • Coaching and mentoring
Interviews will commence week beginning 4th January 2021
Start date – End of January

We help people start their glamping business from conception to completion. First we help them understand the feasibility of their glamping idea, then we take them through the planning process. Following this we help with the business setup and websites & marketing.
